Corn season
In these days corn season is going on. In this season when I went to home then I had eaten roasted corn on the cob cooked from my mother's hand ✋. I think that everyone who belong from the villages of North they knew the real taste of roasted corn π½. I am aslo eating the corn on the cob since my childhood. The corn grows in rainy season . In North you can see the green corn plants π±in the farms everwhere.

About plants
In the evening one person sits in the kitchen near a place called chulha ( like oven where wooden sticks burns) and roast corn cobs on the burnt stick charcole as you see in the image belowUse can sprinkle some salt and rub little lemon wedge on this and then you can eat . So basically corn paly a very important role in food industry, you can make many dishes with the use of corn with cob or without. You can corn in salads and in pizza also. Now a days roasted corn cob is being sold by people on street with salt and lemon.
Benefits of π½corn
Corn is a good source of vitamin C , corn has antioxidant that helps to protect your cells from damage and good for eye health it also help in weight loss.
