Corn season

 In these days corn season is going on. In this season when I went to home then I had eaten roasted corn on the cob cooked from my mother's hand ✋. I think that everyone who belong from the villages of North they knew the real taste of roasted corn 🌽. I am aslo eating the corn on the cob since my childhood. The corn grows in rainy season . In North you can see the green corn plants 🌱in the farms everwhere. 

Structure of plants

Let's talk about the plants of corn so the corn plant has big sharp edges leaves πŸ‚ see the image below

About plants

On the other hand if talk about the plant so the plant can be 8 to 10 feet in the hight or sometime 12 feet it's depends in the climate. People peel off all the cobs and leave the corn cob to dry.once dried they seperate the grains from the cob they keep for future for making roties and corn and cornflour  is being made out of it  very finely  ground cornmeal. Basically Cornflour uses in the most of Chinese food Here I have the little viedo of it. 

In the evening one person sits in the kitchen near  a place called chulha ( like oven where wooden sticks burns)  and roast corn cobs on the burnt stick charc

Use can sprinkle some salt and rub little lemon wedge on this and then you can eat . So basically corn paly a very important role in food industry, you can make many dishes with the use of corn with cob or without. You can corn in salads and in pizza also. Now a days roasted corn cob is being sold by people on street with salt and lemon. 

Benefits of 🌽corn

Corn is a good source of vitamin C , corn has antioxidant that helps to protect your cells from damage and good for eye health it also  help in  weight loss.
